So we know GEOS is legally required to send us the papers within 10 days of the bankruptcy. Then they set a date 25 days after the bankruptcy 'at the latest'. Now they've missed that deadline.
Has anyone received their severance papers (離職票) yet, or are we all in the same situation?

Good to see they finally got their acts together.
Is anyone else still waiting for their rishokuhyou (severance paperwork)?

When I spoke to GEOS on 5/21 they told me that only about 300 of 2000 people were on their 発送 list. Hello work received word that my severance papers were completed by the 年金所 on 5/20. So even given a one-week lag from 年金所 to delivery, I'm guessing most people's haven't even been completed by the government offices yet. I hope some preference is being given to people who have to leave GEOS accommodation and/or lost their jobs but...
